Funny, it doesn't even sound very good to begin with, much less too good to be true. Contract piloting can be tough. Doing it under gray areas makes it really not worth doing. I am just trying to get him to show his agreemenst to the FAA to see if as they are written it can be done under 91, (lessors idea) not 135 or 91K. But he doesn't respond to that. Doesn't necessarily make one guilty, or suspicious, just, at the very least lazy. OK, I'll say it, suspiscious until proven otherwise. New possible approach is to have me fly for one lessee's only (whom I found myself) and they pay me daily, pay for FSI/Sim Com, and carry the insurance for me. That way is entirely legal. He can then do his plan with others, I guess. If he doesn't go for that then something is really quite wrong. BTW, once I got the ball rolling with communication the FAA has been reasonably helpful, albeit sort of slow.
