I live in Little Rock, and as much as I'd love to live where I'm based out of, I don't know if my wife and I are sold on MIA. It wouldn't be an easy commute I don't think. How long would a new hire sit reserve given the projected movement? And what other bases might be within reach once a pilot's been on property for a little while?
