I was based in ind for a year and a half, best crews , awesome people. I am not a fan of anywhere midwest, i like coasts ..but people that i worked with they are the reason i can tollerate this management..
The people that you talked about have gone through one if not two hiring cycles by majors. Not everyone gets the lucky break. Then you have the people that have life commitments that cannot take the paycut.
Be respectful of the people you work with. Learn from senior people. Life and this career is not what they tell you at atp/purdue/etc.
Well said. Its important to understand the entire picture. Ind crews are great to fly with.
