If your goal is to get to LAX then bid the 73N because once the movement starts you will be able to lateral bid into LAX.
If your goal is SEA it may require a future bid to the ER if you can not hold it system wide when you come back.
Either way your timing is pretty good - hopefully 12 years of stagnation with the last 5 being retrograde may actually be coming to an end.
