The Delta Air Lines pilot gave the company scope relief to increase the number of 76 seat jets, did you really think Delta Air Lines was not going to exercise that option? If PCL didn't get them another carrier would of, and most likely had the same 7 year duration. Delta Air Lines management is smarter than ALPA, get scope relief lock the 76 seaters in long term contracts so it can't be reclaimed. Sorry your MEC didn't see that scenario or decided the benefit the pilots received was worth it.

PCL management=Delta Air Lines management, Delta Air Lines owns Pinnacle. Granted not at the moment the contract was negotiated, all senior management at PCL were fired. Why would Delta Air Lines let the management team that was soon fired negotiate. Give your Air Lines management some credit.
