Keep in mind if Compass holds back pilots for some reason like MynameisJim mentioned, they still get their seniority numbers for the first class they are held from BUT they will still need to fill the class up so Mesaba and Pinnacle guys will get the call. If that happens it will double the amount of new hires for a specific class thus reaching the 300 alot quicker.

Ex. 20 CP held back, plus 20 Pinnacolaba = 40 pilots with same DOH. Of that 40, maybe 3 people off the street.

This is for 20 pilots a month hiring. Don't know how long the 50 could be. Early 2013 could be April or it could be January. Let's hope it's more than 300.
