The only thing that's "automatic" with the Pinnacle/Endeavor pilots is getting the interview. Passing the interview isn't automatic. I would think if you have a problem with a particular one, you can express those concerns to HR just like any other street hire. The Delta hiring process will work.
There's a lot of guys applying to DAL. Many are already flying medium or larger guage equipment internationally. Given that DAL are trying to hire the best out there, I wonder how the regional guys are going to compete for positions.
I know guys at Atlas, UPS, Jetblue, Spirit, and SWA who are applying.
