Agreed...I would toss a few bucks to Aviationinterviews.com. I interviewed at Eagle and here is what I put down...
Gouge was solid. Definitely make sure you are up to date with your Jepps knowledge, very straight forward questions, but I am mostly military flying, so that was my first time actually holding Jepps in my hand. MEA, MOCA, MORA, standard airfield stuff, how to find departure mins, etc...know it and weather METAR TAFs and the tech portion is a snap. HR was exactly what is available in the gouge. Don't be an egotistical d-bag and things are very smooth.
Sim was a piece of cake, though I can't even recall the last time I had to proceed direct to a VOR for holding. I had "packet B" and was sent memorization items (MANDATORY to know) with profiles and call-outs. Took me an hour or so to absorb that...cakewalk, some V speeds and ops limits and one boldface. Sim is very easy to fly, the throttles are not necessarily touchy, just that the majority of the power difference is at the bottom range of the movement and it's a little uncomfortable to fine tune. All the flight director modes are available except for auto pilot, just let them know what to select (heading, course, speed, alts and modes).
I was the only guy who showed up and things progressed very quickly...after completely ganking the PSA test last week, it was nice to roll in and get a one shot, one kill ending to the day.
