etc, would have half the flows and tons more off the streeters than one class per calendar month. Even if they skipped a calendar month, like say no classes in Feb, 2 Jan Classes and 2 March classes would still have the same number of classes as one monthly class from Jan to Apr, in the same time frame, with half the flows.
You know ... they could run indoc that way, but, my guess is that once it starts they'll be pushing max throughput and will not want the expense of letting people sit prior to training.
