You know ... they could run indoc that way, but, my guess is that once it starts they'll be pushing max throughput and will not want the expense of letting people sit prior to training.
Supposedly we can train 100+ per month easilly, although I have my doubts about that. Just because it was done at one point in the past doesn't mean it can be done now. But even if its too much to run double classes every month, we could still run double classes every other month, thus cutting flows in half with zero additional impact to the training pipeline. Assuming the same total number hired:
Jan 2
Feb 1
Mar 1
Apr 1
May 1
Jun 1
is the exact same as:
Jan 2
Jan 31
Mar 1
Mar 31
May 1
May 31
But with half the flows and many, many times more off the street hires. By moving Feb, Apr and Jun classes back just one day each into the previous month and then skipping the next "month's" class, it could happen with zero additional training backlog.
