But even if its too much to run double classes every month, we could still run double classes every other month, thus cutting flows in half with zero additional impact to the training pipeline. Jun 1

is the exact same as:

Jan 2
Jan 31
Mar 1
Mar 31
May 1
May 31

But with half the flows and many, many times more off the street hires. By moving Feb, Apr and Jun classes back just one day each into the previous month and then skipping the next "month's" class, it could happen with zero additional training backlog.
