You will now take the ESV on day 2 of training after 1 day of review. Being new to an a/c and new to a company at the same time is not a good combo when "self-teaching". Advice (I just took the 737 esv today). Memorize verbatim the LOD (Learning Objective Document), memorize every question on the Practice ESV CD....and that's not enough. Hit the Volume 2 and FCTM well enough to be able to quote chapter and verse for different systems. I already flew the 800 for 2 years, 3 years ago....and couldn't fathom taking the ESV on day 2. I think it's going to backfire on the training dept and there will be casualties along the way until they rebuild the wheel again.
Is the ESV part of the CBT.. do you it at home or in the training centre
