I'm not saying your comment isn't valid. I would just like an explanation rather than a vague statement.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no real scientific data proving or disproving Blood Type dieting. What I can give is that for the most part the Type ) blood type dieting is pretty healthy in general for me.

Lean meats (Fish and Poultry... Red is also allowed)
Lots of green vegetabled... I fill at least half my plate with brocolli if I can.
Fruits- bananas and oranges for me.
Low Net Carbs - I eat wheat and grains, but not often. They are usually my splurges like some chipotle here and there.
Dairy- Yogurt

I like to think I'm pretty healthy. My Wife keeps me in check.
