So true, working at one of these mom and pop, 61/141 small schools. It's hard to get CFI's these days and we have absolutely zero students wanting or training for pilot careers. We have a couple commercial guys but only for the ratings nothing more. Docs and older students wanting to check off a bucket list item and we do alot of VA just using there gov. money for same reason.
