No problem. And yes, we are in agreement at times more than you may think (but not always
). The "again" comment was in reference to a different subject with similar circumstances/responses, hence my frustration again.
The pulling up the ladder comment was just a pre-emptive strike in case that or something similar was thrown out by somebody (seen it before), not referencing you. My bad on that not specifiying.
