If we do have to wait until the next contract for changes I hope we don't trade pay to have the buckets removed... I just don't see that as a meaningful use of resources that would positively benefit the whole pilot group. It would enhance QOL for a few senior guys, hurt it for some junior guys, and leave most of the line holders alone. I think as a group we'd rather have the pay...
