Nobody is perfect 100% of the time...I know I'm not! I can't wait though to watch as some of these smug SJS wonder pilots vote down something that they don't totally comprehend. Then watch as it bites them in the ass when they are fired for whatever reason the company wants, or when the company screws with them during their next "negotiations". Maybe that might deflate some of those egos.
