It seems like the movement here is slow at best. I know there are a lot of ex-USAir FO's that are now senior CA's here at JB, it now seems the same movement issues they faced are being confronted by current JB junior FO's. What is JB doing to keep junior FO's around? I am not talking the pipe dream of A330's, or the planned expansion (subject to change) or the old banter of a CBA/Union (which has been turned down twice). What is being done to make this a career airline?
