That's what I assumed too which is part of the reason I didn't bid it. If you were a CEO and I had 100 people interviewing for 30 positions without caring about what the pay or benefits were, why would you pay them more money?
They'll meet somewhere in the middle on pay...etc. because Skywest's competitive advantage is having a happy, non-union pilot group/work force. They wouldn't mess that up to save a few bucks
