Talked to a Caravan driver while I was sitting around their FBO in Manchester. He seemed pleased with it. He said the Caravans they fly are in pretty good shape. Nice avionics and good Mx. They start Caravan-drivers somewhere around 35,000 I think. They also have some guys that have been there 10+ years so that would lend itself to a good company. He said the routes are good and the schedules are good too. Good luck! They had a great staff. Everyone around that I met seemed happy so that is a good sign about a company as well.
