I remember last time they were negotiating the company trained a bunch of schedulers and such to work in dispatch. Would have almost been worth the dispatchers going on strike just to watch the ensuing comedy.
That's great, good to see those guys getting a good contract. They higher the pay, the more desirable the job becomes, the better candidates you attract.
