Absolutely right. It's either settled out of court or the interested parties lose interest and move in another direction (which is a possibility in this case on the American side.) Not sure why FlyingKat keeps touting the Justice Department record (seems to make her feel good), but the Justice Department has only won one of these trials in court (at least in the last 10 years.)
