Most airlines DON'T pay more for a A321 vs. A320. Most airlines DON'T pay more for a 737-900 vs 737-800.
Now, lets fight for something the whole pilot group can benefit from, instead of a small group of A321 pilots. If you want to raise ALL A320 pay, fine, but not JUST the A321.
I haven't read my email yet, but if the company has now said publicly that you are legally covered to fly the A321, then I would think they would have a VERY hard time getting out of it in court, assuming they would actually do that in the first place.
