Now, lets fight for something the whole pilot group can benefit from, instead of a small group of A321 pilots. If you want to raise ALL A320 pay, fine, but not JUST the A321.
I haven't read my email yet, but if the company has now said publicly that you are legally covered to fly the A321, then I would think they would have a VERY hard time getting out of it in court, assuming they would actually do that in the first place.
May pay is below industry average.
I have the WORST healthcare in the industry.
I have below average retirement.
I want more to fly the 321 period. Industry average in all other areas
and then I will make a concession to fly the 321 for the same pay.
