I tried to address E190 pay in the last post. A pay rate for the E190 as a stand alone aircraft is hard because only one other major flies it, it was a crappy BK US Air. AA negotiated a rate for it, but they don't have any and didn't expend any negotiating capital to bring up a rate for an aircraft they don't have. And of course there is a regional that operates that aircraft. But, like I said, in the context of JB, it is a small narrowbody MAINLINE aircraft. If is similar in weight, capacity and range to a DC9-10 and a 717.
So, just as the 737 rates are included in our A320 pay review, DC9 and 717 rates should be considered in the context of our E190. They may be slightly larger, but they are close, and they are small narrowbody MAINLINE aircraft, just the same as our JB E190.
