Now, lets fight for something the whole pilot group can benefit from, instead of a small group of A321 pilots. If you want to raise ALL A320 pay, fine, but not JUST the A321.
I haven't read my email yet, but if the company has now said publicly that you are legally covered to fly the A321, then I would think they would have a VERY hard time getting out of it in court, assuming they would actually do that in the first place.
But some do.....and rightfully should. You're talking about more seats and it should equal more pay.
But hey, if you had a CBA, you'd be able to negotiate appropriate rates for appropriate seats. Along with negotiating many other aspects of your operation. Unfortunately for now, you eat what they're serving (just like health care rates)....and deservedly so since your group turned down the organization drive last time around.
Wake up and join your unionized brothers and sisters so you can have a say in your future.
