Simply, every regional has its flaws. It's not meant to be a career workplace. So, let's stop bashing "young guys" for taking these jobs. OGiven the choice between the airplanes, which would you choose?
I never gave my opinion about the company, just that RAH is on top of the list for all the "young guys" for lack of better term. They all cite the same thing-flying the 175...most have said if they don't get the 175 right out of the gate, they'll apply elsewhere. Just a small sample of the pilot population, but that sample has been unanimous.
