As I said, you can be indifferent to it, or you can be aware. Your choice, but the United guys, just like anyone, anywhere, don't care to be mis-identified. Take it one step further, while one is on probation smiling and keeping their head low, they can tap into the United guys who can and probably will go to bat for the new hires.....
The CAL jobs aren't recalls for the United guys.
Finally, if I were a new hire, I'd hope to shed the scab friendly management friendly CAL label ASAP after ISL.....
