What experiences have you been having to give you this opinion of your coworkers? My experience on the line has been the opposite, but maybe that's because I take such a hard line stance from the outset of conversations.

You keep talking about shiny jets and how we as a pilot group will give in. I sure hope that you are not one of them. I don't know how long you have been at the company but you sure seem to think that you know the stance of the majority of the pilot group. Either way, the only way to change the minds of those that you know will take the concession is by educating them and then hopefully, they will make the right decision.
