The point is if its beneficial to the airline then industry standard is the way. Our "culture and integrity" make those decisions easy.
If it is beneficial to the pilot group then there is always an excuse for why industry standard is unattainable.
As for USair the contract had a "snap back" provision which has been delayed by the SLI. If Jetblue wants to use their numbers that fine with me. Overall their benefits are still better now and will be so in the future.
