I believe the theory that a certain percentage are tools, mil or civ background. Hard to get that leopard to change its spots.
There is one ex-civ LCA in my category that's famous for being hard on ex-mil guys. Loves to prove he knows more about aviation than they do. Just curious, do the civ guys feel any of the ex-mil LCAs abuse them likewise?
