Making a lateral move in this industry is one thing. Its a whole other realm making a lateral move to RAH. Yeah lets go make $23/hour then on top of it fly the aircraft that the company can't staff and has constant mx issues. And oh by the way with no cancellation pay. Oh yeah and another oh by the way sit on reserve longer than you would on the 145 or 170...especially the 170. Yeah it sure sounds like SJS syndrome to me too, not basic logic and common sense

I guess because RAH made bad business decisions and signed contracts which they could not handle that this guy should pay the price with his career and QOL. Yep
