I've never encountered any derrigatory civ vs. mil going either direction at DL. I have experienced former military captains (lca and normal line) exclaim many times how impressed they are with civilian types and how much they enjoy flying with them.
I'm sure there are a couple that are less than tactful, but they are exceedingly rare.
I too, have had many great experiences in the Jump with ex mil guys, this was just one example. I should not have fed the Mil vs. Civ argument with my ONE bad experience, because good lord knows we have our fair share of tools in the civ world.
