We've been fighting for that since the PVC was first created, before the PCG, PCG2, PCRB(all three years), and every other recent acronym used to confuse the pilot group. Meanwhile pilots like you who have absolutely no clue what is going on come on board and tell those of us who have been through all this that ALPA and unions are bad. Why, because you got hired at a regional when you shouldn't have and when ALPA failed to provide you mainline pay and benefits, which you didn't deserve, you rang the "ALPA screwed me" bell.
I don't agree with bluedriver all that often but atleast the guy has been here more than 6 months.
