Sorry, sounded like you were doing the usual mainline pilot speech about management and so on in your first post. In any case I recognize most places aren't perfect and while Orient Thai does not seem very glamorous they do seem like a fair employer. That is what I'm looking for, and the fact that I can live in Thailand is a bonus, not a negative for me, my time off will be spent there anyway. I know Orient Thai is also not an airline like JAL or Skymark, but in all fairness I think it's a bit higher (by a very wide margin) than Lion or K Mile or Midex, etc.
In any case, when I have the requisite hours for a left seat there I will definetly be trying to get in.
