You make a valid argument from an understandable position. I have only worked for 1 ALPA carrier and at the regional level ALPA is useless (IMHO) however the DR is a failed model. I will vote for the first CBA that is presented ALPA, IBT or in house. I am pro CBA not pro ALPA.
