- Significantly increase hourly rates of pay
- Provide for retroactive pay and benefits to the amendable date (if necessary)
- Increase international pay and cover all operations outside the 48 contiguous states
- Establish MED pay
- Establish holiday pay
- Improve the Profit Sharing Plan
I know. Frustrating isn't it. My wish list has a bunch more things on it than that...
It's not about "want"... It's about the leverage we actually have to "get".
