You said the tote holds your charts and stuff but then you also said it sits on top of a jepp case. There's a Jepp case already in the plane that holds all of the manuals. Your flight bag sits on top of that. I have a roller, a chart bag and an ebags cooler.
At least one went to PSP. On the Brasilia you pretty much get wherever you're trying to go within a few months. There's a lot of movement on the Bro side. It's a lot different than the RJ. The only bases that are tough to get into are SBP and SLC. There are still some pretty junior people in those even.
