Pinnacle pilots are telling very senior Delta Captains that "we already have seniority numbers" and "we will be flying next to you." Apparently, they've already got it all worked out and only need to show up, accept their entitlement and be given a hat to lose.
Sorry, I don't buy it. The very senior Delta Captains don't even know who/what Pinnacle/Endeavor is, they wouldn't care or remember the name of the airline of said pilot. Even if someone did say something even remotely similar to this it would be like playing the telephone game, the message that went into the ear of the first person would be totally different than the message coming out of the mouth of the person at the end of the line. Besides, maybe it was one of the 80 something flow eligible pilots who do essentially have a seniority number, remember there is a guaranteed flow also.
