Eagle has been stagnant because AA has been stagnant. Stagnation doesn't prove that flow throughs don't work.
Now I'm not saying that flows are good. I'm also not saying they're bad. I'm simply stating that flows can and have worked. They still do.
The reason is irrelevant only that they haven't worked. Also AA has hired off the street in front of the "flowthroughs" who were supposed to be going over, hence all the litigation. It wasn't only stagnation.
