Anyway...rumor is Commutair is working on something with United to promote hiring. Might be the only way they keep the doors open. Just curious to know if it's all a management's plot to attract victims. If it's true it might be the place to be.
Like I said, flows actually hurt your chances of getting on with the major you have the flow with. So lets say you would work at AA, UAL, and DAL. In your case you think Commutair may get an agreement with UAL, so in the end your only choices will be AA, DAL or UAL 15 years from now when your flow number comes up.
If you fly for someone else without a flow your chances are better as you have AA, DAL, and UAL you could possibly be hired by. From my experience having a flow agreement is actually a negative, not a positive.
