You say this over and over, but I really don't get it...
I've flown with at least 1000 captains at 3 different regionals due to multiple furloughs. The captains at 9E aren't any different or unsafe or "undesireable" than any other airline I've worked for. Of course there are a few who I'd avoid, but that's anywhere on any seniority list I'd imagine.
