Warich: I did not receive an auto response with my initial submission on the 19th. I updated my stuff today based on some good news and resubmitted. Got an auto-reply response like others have recently noted. I believe this is a welcomed enhancement the HR folks addressed based on a lot of feedback.

I just want the phone call now. Or within the next few years of breathing.
