I dont..... Why raise the cost by bringing over topped out PDT CA's? The thing with PSA is the cost effectiveness due to the longevity of most pilots not exceeding 6-8 years on average..... Why bring over 150 guys who are all well over 15+ years and murder your cost per block hour cost? If staffing ever became an issue maybe, but when you start to guarantee lines and pretty quick upgrades I think the pilots would come running. I.e. GOJETS for crying out loud..... I hate to say it that away but its a continued cycle of pilots chasing a quick upgrade...... I dont see why there should not be push to get PDT Q400's but I would think that would be more likely to occur before a merger......
