Yeah, you are missing my point, I just was saying that their mins went up, good/bad/indifferent. I think experience should count more than internal recs, just was surprised to see the "oceanic crossing experience". I mean heavy time is one thing, cant teach that, but seems to be you would be able to teach the regs, responsibilities, duties of the Crossing the pond stuff......thats all I was trying to say
