I agree with you, a type rating without experience in type is pretty much worthless. Also, in the foreign market, US trained pilots are competing with pilots who hold a JAR issued ATP.

Aside from violating the forum terms of service by advertising his own goods and services, FTI is in the business of selling type ratings and not necessarily hiring pilots.
