I think ALPA is starting to view DPA as a serious threat. I don't think they ever though USAPA was a serious threat and we all know what happened there. It would be a tough choice for me. I despise ALPA, but I am not sure voting ALPA off would be in my best interest. I still have a problem with letting our company have 70 more 76 seaters last contract. I also have a problem with all of our productivity increases last contract. I did a month of reserve in the last year and it was pure hell as a junior commuter. I did almost 5 years of reserve pre-contract and it was tolerable. As a lineholder, this summer was tough. Working 16-17 days out of 30 through no choice of my own for 3 months straight was too much. Before I would have worked 15-16 out of 31. Those 1-2 extra days off per month matter.
