I have a Telex 850 that was necessary on the 73N. As others have said you could easily get away with the 750 (same thing they stock on the 9's) on the 88. I used my 850 on the 88 and it worked fine. It cancels the noise so well though, that you'll have to pull your left ear cup off, or beg the captain to use IC to save your hearing. I'm convinced that I will someday be deaf in ONLY my left ear due to my extended stay in the right seat.
