You don't have a pay rate on it yet because WE don't have a pay rate on it yet! DUH!
This is such an uninformed statement. Our success needs no defense and our negotiations are proceeding on our company/pilots terms, irregardless of your mood. The first offer of a modest raise (1-3%?) was refused by our reps and they are working it again. The fact is we are fairly compensated, (not as much as it should be relative to executive pay but that's another discussion) and continue to grow. You are not paid as much, consistently loose money, PAY for ineffective representation and are somehow proud of these facts.
But if that keeps you guys from looking even more lugubrious walking around the airport then so be it.
