The best thing to do is check their website and apply as soon as you see it posted- usually on Fridays. Midland run flies to Lubbock in the evening, sleep at the hotel, fly back early am. AFW will fly to Midland in the middle of the night and then fly back early am. Quality of life is great. Home everyday and off on weekends and holidays. Flight time is low- two legs per day usually 1 hour or less. Usually two to three weeks on (4-5 nights per week) and a week of reserve/days off per month. Pay on APC is a little bit lower than what we make but still pretty close. Jumpseat agreements with most carriers.
